Alvin Mingle
Senior Managing Partner
Alvin Mingle is a Co-founder and currently Senior Managing Partner of Fitzgerald-Bassey Consultancy Limited. Alvin Mingle is a Supply Chain professional and holds a BSc. Degree (Management Science & Industrial Studies) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Loughborough University, UK.
Alvin commenced his Supply Chain Career in Ford Motor Company and held several positions within the Production & Non -Production (Indirect) categories within the company. He has also held several Supply Chain positions across the globe, with increasing levels of seniority with FTSE 100 companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Xerox, Coca-Cola & British Telecom (BT). He was also an Advisory Board Member for the Supply Management Magazine.
Alvin joined Tullow Ghana Ltd as the Planning & Procurement Lead, responsible for defining and driving the Planning & Performance Management strategy and agenda for the SCM function in 2015. He was promoted to be the Contracts & Procurements (C&P) Manager in January 2018, subsequently departing to found Fitzgerald-Bassey Consultancy Ltd.
Kwabena Preprah
Managing Partner
Kwabena Peprah is a Co-Founder and currently a Managing Partner for Fitzgerald-Bassey Consultancy Ltd. He is an international renowned Supply Chain professional and holds an LLM (Public Procurement Law & Regulations: Nottingham University, UK), an MBA (Strategy and Procurement Management: Birmingham Business School, UK) and a BA Arts (Sociology and Geography) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.
Kwabena is also MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, UK) qualified, a Six Sigma – Green Belt (UK) and a Certified Professional in Supply Management. (CPSM).
Kwabena started his Supply Chain career in the Royal Logistics Corp (Ministry of Defence: British Army UK) and has held several positions subsequently with renowned companies such as Mahle Power Train Ltd, Severn Trent Laboratory UK, Briggs Equipment Ltd, Imtech Traffic & Infra UK Ltd and Tullow Ghana Ltd.
In his last position in Tullow, Kwabena was the Category Lead for the Operations and Logistics Category responsible for the strategic management and direction of key subcategories such as the Fixed & Rotary Wings, Vessels, International and Domestic Freight Forwarding.
